      Pros

      Incredible work environment with plenty of opportunities for advancement. Lots of mentoring available throughout regional offices. Fun environment for entry level as senior leaders.

      Cons

      Birmingham is a new office. Market is not at its peak yet.

      Pros

      The ability to advance quickly. The company is based on merit which means any person can come in and advance quickly based on their performance. It's no type of seniority at all. Also the atmosphere is great its filled with young, motivated and very exciting people.

      Pros

      All of the employees are very fun and outgoing. We have team nights every week to all hang out with each other and grow closer within the office.

      Cons

      The companies times of operation just changed so just trying to plan a new schedule.
