Pros

Location is fairly central with decent parking The work life balance is nice Can do average work and get by

Cons

-The agency as a whole is ten years behind the times in terms of strategy, creative, digital you name it -The nepotism and favoritism is rampant and unchecked -No HR creates an unprofessional and often times inappropriate work environment -Titles are meaningless and no one knows their career path -Processes are talked about CONSTANTLY but never implemented or followed -Talent doesn't seem to stick around for long, the account side has a revolving door of people -Benefits are terrible

Pros

Nice work/life balance. They work hard to make things fun. A lot of young people keep the energy level high.

Cons

Learn who the favorites are early and never cross them. Management will bend over backwards for certain people even if they are in the wrong. It seems that you can get ahead by complaining a lot if you can bend the right ears. There is a lot of talk about structure and process, but it is rarely followed. They don't seem to want to challenge the clients into better thinking, will often change things to match client request even if it doesn't make sense. Management is also not great at communicating their needs and expectations, you have to go out of your way to ask questions.

Pros

A nauseating shade of green permeates the space like the snot of a dying lizard. I kind of like it. Sexism, alcoholism, Christianity. Ample sunlight.

Cons

Like the other reviewer wrote, this isn't the Muller and Co. you used to know. Uninspired, just-get-it-out-the-door work is the norm. Shame, really. There're some incredibly talented designers over there, but they're told to do whatever it takes to get the work sold. This often means account execs edit copy and art direct all to ensure the clients get some of the weakest work this side of State Line Road. Quit crying because you can't win an Addy or any new clients worth a lick. If you're wondering what the problems are, look over at the people in the glass boxes and the account department.
