      incompetent management; immature and unprofessional enviornment

      good work/life balance; good benefits

      Cons

      inadequacy of senior mgmt; only those willing to sacrifice their individualism in exchange for stroking management's ego will advance their career; unprofessional and immature behaviors are about at this place, it's like being back in high school; most of the people there lack outside experience/exposure and therefore don't even know what they don't know.

      Pros

      Compensation, location, smart people, and challenge are all good. There is an understanding that good staff are important to the success of the company.

      Cons

      Little to no support for one's personal life to the point where time off is looked down upon. A very top down approach which does not empower the bright people working there.
