      Pros

      MDF has a great philosophy and works with some amazing organisations around the world. MDF is a fantastic training organisation and always gives good value for its clients.

      Cons

      To work here you need to be prepared to travel continuously. It can be very exciting but also very stressful and the support given to senior management to handle this stress is not sufficient and lacks real understanding of the issues. We are expected to be 24/7 on the job.
