      Pros

      None, used to be a good company. There is nothing positive about the company now.

      Cons

      They took away earned vacation days, PTO, and benefits for most consultants. Sales department lacks leadership. HR department is clueless. CEO earned company by being family, the only reason he is the CEO

      Thanks for your feedback. Hayes has recently undertaken a thorough strategic planning process and transitioned the company from IT consulting to focus on our software, MDaudit and revenue integrity consulting services. There have been a lot of changes during the transition. The executive team realizes that some of the changes (especially on the consulting side of the business) have been difficult. However, we continue to have a comprehensive benefits package which includes a newly implemented flexible vacation policy that allows employees to take vacation days at their leisure.       Going downhill FAST

      Pros

      They offered health insurance and gave you a computer to work on while employed.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? Their Management is untrained. The upper management does not seem to care how the managers treat the employees. They have a multi tier benefit plan for employees that is unfair, if not illegal. I agree with other reviewer that said if you dont bring business to them they dont care about you. Their "retreats" are a joke! They seem to take more away each year. I left because I was afraid they were going under!
