Worst run company I've seen considering it use to be amazing. CEO, HR and all management are useless and not trustworthy. They all talk a good game about team and appreciation but are clueless on how unhappy those who have been there for a few years are. Getting through the day is challenging for those of us actually doing the job. So many new managers who seem to think the title goes hand in hand with knowledge of the actual jobs performed by the workers. They are clueless, disrespectful, and don't care about what matters. The change in what the company was and is now is tragic.

Please note all of the positive reviews of this company are from employees at home office in Austria. The ‘leadership’ team doesn’t care about employees they care about themselves. HR department creates/ causes more drama than anyone. Can’t think of a single person other than senior management that’s happy at Med-el.
