      Pros

      Challenging, I've never before had an opportunity to work with so many intelligent people, who are truly dedicated to providing an exceptional product.

      Cons

      Can be long hours, likes to operate really lean, so sometimes understaffed. Integrating with B&W has been a challenge.

      Pros

      Decent pay one your full union Second shift management is good Not rushed to the point you have to sacrifice quality

      Cons

      1st shift manager was bad Majority of equipment was horribly out of date Some of the work is pretty bad for your health (equipment is provided to help against that but can be hard to wear in such a hot environment) A lot of workers don't want to help newer workers learn the company's way of building stuff

      Poor management, poor home/ work balance. Management only cares about making themselves look good. Management played favorites.
