      Only pros is they pay on time.

      Cons

      The MD is not a human and treats the employees as SLAVE and swear all time. They will make you do all the illegal works and if caught the employee face it alone. They fire employees without notice and if someone resigns faces case in the court. The deduct for provident fund but employees dont get a penny. Stay away million miles from this employer.

      Great Exposure that to is limited to few who directly report into higher managment

      Cons

      Unprofessional Environment, Leadership wants money making slaves to work round the clock. Mid level and higher management doesn't have any control as all of it resides with MD of the company. HR is a joke and absolutely is pathetic and worthless
