      -Free snacks -Low expectations -No accountability -Very educated and motivated engineers -Clean facility

      Cons

      -Zero chance at advancement (unless you are willing to take on added responsibilities without added compensation). -Owner makes terrible emotional decisions that the rest of the company deals with the consequences of. -No leadership -Terrible Morale -Terrible pay -Promised raises and profit sharing that never come

      Pros

      Good place to work, awesome learning experience, good support staff. good working environment. The company takes care of employees so that their performance won't dip.

      Cons

      It is a very huge company, in terms of number of employees. So one can easily get lost in the bureaucratic hustle, if they don't hold their own.
