      Pros

      Decent workmates but that's about it.

      Cons

      CEO is a conman. Targets are unrealistic. Senior leadership is mostly incompetent and encourage toxicity and favouritism. They talk about company culture but wouldn't know real culture if it slapped them in the face. Poor staff retention and uncompetitive wages. Actively encourage unethical selling. No wonder O2 are taking all their stores away.
