Relaxed atmosphere overshadowed by dictatorial management

Very relaxed atmosphere, Doesn't feel corporate.

Cons

Unfortunately top management is pretty much a dictatorship. Employee wellbeing and work-life balance are almost inexistent. Impossible to plan any type of work, poor forward thinking. Nepotism and favoritism are a day to day occurrence.
