I typically don't write reviews but this company needs a warning to anyone even considering working there. DO NOT DO IT. The company is poorly run and employees are all mistreated and disrespected. Extreme micro-managing. Management is extremely passive aggressive, blatantly offensive and sexist. Three male partners who primarily hire females. If you want to get ahead, you need to put down everyone else. The partners and older team members make it very known that you are replaceable. Absolutely no culture. Management spends company's money on their lavish lifestyles rather than investing any of it back into the company or employees.
The agency itself is stuck in the past with no idea on how to move forward as the higher ups are uneducated about the digital world. Everything is a paper system, no organization or processes, no attempts to move forward as "it's been done this way for 20 years, it'll stay this way". No strategic thinking just a "get it done as fast as possible" and the "client is always right" mentally. No room for creative thinking. No idea how they retain any clients with the extremely shady business practices and rude attitudes. You can't report any issues you have either because one of the partners is the HR department and one of the worst offenders.
To sum it up -- please do not ever consider working here or you will be severely disappointed.
