      Pros

      Near MRT. A number of food options nearby. Retirement home for boomers employee.

      Cons

      No strategies on how to stay profitable when SSD is gaining stronghold. Morale is low and many are waiting for retrenchment packages. Senior management are toxic boomers with little technical capabilities and refuses to try anything new. CEO does little to instill confidence in employee. Every town hall would be some C Suite telling us business is down and no remedy.
