      *on time salary *relaxed work load (do if you must) *decent pay for the work extracted

      Cons

      *no learning opportunities *bureaucracy *HR dept is a perfect example of laissez-faire management style *Managers and bosses are yes men to the core and expect the same *hierarchical environment, do not get eluded by the training program, life after that is very different
