Really short contract extensions- uncertain on job security as a result.

Good communication with management and nice accommodation provided for away work. Decent knowledgeable supervisors

Cons

Will offer ridiculously short contract extensions, they will happily move you from away work to home sites with very little warning.

Good location Good archaeology Some of the team are genuinely great.

Cons

Horrendous place to work. Runs like a clique. If they don’t like you,they will tear you down in appraisals,make up total nonense on your skills and actually insult you personally. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy work at that office. Stay away if you value your mental health.
