The company has some good people who are willing to help you out as an entry level. The expectations and responsibilities given to you demand the best out of you, in a good way.

Cons

No WFH, only allowed under special circumstances on an approval basis. Stagnated learning curve after a point.

- Good office, good views - Free drinks - Friendly colleagues

Cons

- No pay increment for 1 year+ since acquisition (no transparency as to why, company was Anacle Systems Limited) - Some senior engineers are unprofessional (talks loudly, whining loudly) - Engineers are not valued compared to sales and consulting colleagues (sales and consulting colleagues are promoted faster) - Outdated tech stack - Company always bid for those low tier projects (100k-5m)
