Pros

Several weeks ago there were many pros about working with this company, that cannot be said now. There were two people in upper management who knew the employees. The one in HR left for another job, now we have no one in that department who ever seemed to care as much as he did. My co-workers thoiught he was head of HR because he is the only person from that department that intorduced himself and made every effort to get to know the employees, we felt very good going to him with our probalems know that he will be fair. We laughed whne we found out that this guy who doens't even look like a vice President was really the main guy. He is not friendly to us. We said now we know why Dennis left. This week we were told that the Vice President of my department was FIRED! No one understands, he knew all of us and would always talk to us, kid around and ask about our family. He must have done something really bad to have been fired but maybe not because he is still here until next Friday. They said they didn't need him anymore because the company wasn't making money. We though something happened to him a couple of months ago when all of a sudden hsi office was empty but we found out he got moved upstairs. I personaly used to seek him out to say hi but I don't dare go upstairs were the bigshots look at you as if you shouldn't be there and don't even say hi especially the CEO who has lunch with us sometimes. He acts like he's your best friend at the lunch but if he sees you downstairs when he's showing people the office he doesn't speak. When we were told that Mike got fired a lot of people were crying and said they are going to find other jobs if he could get fired so can they.

Cons

Being forced to go to lunches with a CEO who doesn't care. Better pay and better raises. I got 2 percent because they said I was a good worker it was less than 30 cents! Better insurance and 401k.

Pros

They don't care if you have experience or not, they'll hire you.

Cons

They do NOT do what's in the best interest of their employees. They are in it for the money, ONLY! They started a new client, didn't follow through with what they sold them on, dio their resolution was to fire over 20 full time people. Terminated someone because they had medically issues arise and they didn't want to wait for them to get better. Their management does NOT know what they are doing. The ones that try to make rye company succeed are ignored or brushed off. I could go on an on but if you're looking for a company to retire from, this IS NOT it!!
