Pros

# Good Infrastructure. That's it. nothing else can mention.

Cons

Many of them # Hell lots of restrictions. # No mobile, Internet on desk. # working under locked doors and CCTVs. # Very strict on timing, Going to washroom counts in break hours. # Extending one hour of break results in half day salary cut. # No single paid leave. Not even National Holidays. # Compulsory leaves on Christmas which deducts from salary. # No written policies, it's as per situation and always in favor of company. # False people in management. # No ethical values. # You give extra hours to company, it's your favour towards company for paying you whole year.(Words of Top Management). # For top management, No of years as experience of Employee is just a number. It doesn't make difference in working. So stupid thinking. Again words of Top Management.

Pros

I haven't seen any pros in my 2 year working time. but noticed some point as below Company adopt new technology. -> new technology adopted but developer need to learn it self. no any seminar they can arrange for the employee. Onsite visit opportunity. -> that only for the employee who are settled in the company from more than 6 to 7 years and onsite means UK only. Hygiene environment. - 5 start for the hygiene but 0 star for the food they provide to the staff who stay up to 9 PM (its a tiffin box) Staff is very supportive. - 5 star, i didn't found any rude person Company believes in time. - 100%, if you come 11:05 so its 5 minute late coming and you get a mail for late coming and you have to provide a reason why you late for 5 minute. sometimes you will get meeting with HR for late coming. You must have to come on time but not sure when you go your home. Salary increment is best in industry. -> it's depend on reviewer. you will get good hike but when it is apply no one get know. they delayed your increment 3 to 4 months or more sometime. they promised if increment get delayed then you can get your backlog salary also but its just in mind. Alternate Saturday Off. -> its not a advantage. all company provide that. this is not new for this company. ohh....yes what do you think about working saturday. its half day and what is the time 10:30 to 5:30. is it half day?

Cons

=> if employees are not productive for the company than management will immediate fired them without any prior notice. => salary is too late. its 10th of the month. => Your social life will spoil. => They can't provide any Indian holiday, UK holiday or US holiday. Just 5 day vacation on Christmas. => If you go out from production area for the drinking water or bathroom, this all time consider in break hour. => you must have to spent 8 hours in one room, its production area. => No any eventual program except birthday celebration and dhanteras laxmipooja. => LCD tv is there but they will never start. => if you come late more than 5 minute then you must have to provide reason why you come late but if you stay 2 or 3 hours more than it is ok, they didn't get in mind => too much work load, you didn't get sufficient time for the development and testing => mobile phone allowed. => you can not use company address for receive the courier. no think you don't have your phone and you don't use company address to receive your courier, then how you get your courier (PUZZLE). => very strict policies.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We value your response and would like to address some of your specific concerns. Salaries and increments are confidential information between the employer and the employees. Confidentiality is upheld in all areas of our business. All our staff gets their increments in a timely manner. When new technology is implemented, this goes down as one of the goals for achievements and the action plan is formulated with the line manager. As you acknowledged we provide a clean hygienic working environment. The tiffin provided for staff working unsocial hours is also a healthy choice. Alternatively, staff can opt for fruit tiffin, bring food from home or buy from amenities nearby. There are opportunities to travel to UK, Europe, and other Countries and the selection is based on skills and willingness to travel; irrelevant to the time of service with the Company. As you pointed out, our staff are supportive and not rude. We have a zero tolerance policy on this, and our work culture and work ethics reflect this. Our system generated mail is automatically triggered where an employee is late for work. This is an important prompt for HR for monitoring to ensure that an employee reaches work safely. HR meeting only takes place whereby an employee is consistently late. As do many other companies, we work alternate Saturdays with hours of 10:30 am – 5:30 pm, which we refer to as a shorter working day and not a half day. To say that if employees are not productive for the company than management will immediately fire them is an unfair statement. We follow company guidelines before a dismissal. You say our “salary increment is best in the industry”. These are only achievable with a dedicated productive workforce with a common goal of achievement. Your comment on salary being paid late is misleading. Our salary run is monthly and on the 10th of every month, and always on time. We are very proud that since our existence we have never been late in paying our staff. We have UK time shifts as well as India. Staff is made aware of this at the time of joining, and hence good family support is imperative to balance social and working life. The way you have phrased your comment is that we provide only 5 days’ vacation in a year at Christmas, is totally incorrect. We are a UK Company, hence we remain open on all the Indian calendar festivals. However, staff have the choice to request leave from their paid annual leave balance which many do, hence we have a skeleton staff on Indian festival days. Additional to this we have a compulsory shutdown same as our UK office during the Christmas and the New Year which are also paid leaves. We have many events throughout the year such as birthday celebrations, pujas, annual Christmas party and other health-related events. LCD TV is there for the employees use. However, many choose not to utilise it as they have their breaks with colleagues and opt to chat rather than watch TV. Effective time management is important in a workplace and never has employees stayed back 2-3 hours of being 5 minutes late. This is misconstrued. We encourage discipline in the workplace as this is vital in all areas of our lives, not just working life. No employees have ever been deducted from their salaries for breaks taken above their allocated time but liberties should not be taken. We have eight hours of production which are not continuous as employees are encouraged to take breaks. It is with regret that you had insufficient time for development and testing and should have been raised to your Line Manager. One must appreciate that personal mail couriered to workplaces is a major issue of confidentiality and the company cannot accept liabilities for lost or stolen couriers. MSBC is ISO9001 (Quality Management), ISO27001 (Information Security) and CMMI level 3 accredited and as such to safeguard our company and clients data, we restrict personal data storage devices in our office. The phone is easily accessible from the assigned personal locker nearby. Policies provide well-structured frameworks which are important for the successful management of any business. Thank you for your advice to Management. We value all our staff and treat them all with respect. Social and family life balance are utmost and we encourage this. We will continue to find ways for improvements. Thank you for being part of our team and we wish you the best in your life journey.

Pros

Salary on time, date is late but on time

Cons

They say, we are UK based IT company, but having typical mindset of management, they follow divide and rule within team members, when they have setted some image in their mind, If you are at the 6 digit salary, avoid to join this organisation, they can only hire you, when there is an need then they will fire you giving a reason of performance, They are ready to hire your replacement at high cost, but cannot give a good salary hike to existing employee. This is a company with 1 person management and they have robotics department which is called HR Department. They point a gun keeping robotic department in front and fire their decisions. They will sign you the bond if you have to take an appraisal, and incase after appraisal, you resign, they will show you that letter that you have signed and you cannot be releived till next 1 year. My settlement is done now I am free to add review, otherwise they will not process my settlement as well.
