- Still trying desperately to look like a small company and pretend to be "family oriented". Its not real
- CEO in over his head. Lacks the gravitas or leadership to take things to the next level. Poor communicator. Professional development is narrow.
- Management "Team" includes about 10-12 personnel, all vying for attention and prestige. Show me another company at this revenue level behaving like this.
-Core Values are somewhat contrived and selectively enforced. A couple make no business sense.
- ESOP will become an albatross as time goes on and growth rates can't be sustained. too many small companies fell into this trap. MTSI will experience same problems
-Company refuses to subscribe to engineering management methods. Everything is homegrown at management and infrastructure level. Unusual for an engineering firm. Sort of like the mechanic whose car doesn't run.
-Really 3 separate companies (HSV, DAY, DC) masquerading as a single entity.
