The company strongly invests into their employees, helping them gain new skill and build new capabilities. The flat hierarchy and feedback culture offer allows you to get involved and the management is very transparent. The flexible working hours and vacation policy with focus on output and not time spent are great! Last, but not least they have the sickest office in Berlin. The view is unreal.

There are some absolutely brilliant people in the company (but not all), very open and flexible culture.
