As you have rightly pointed out, it's a fast-paced and dynamic environment here, which provides our team with lots of autonomy, flexibility and opportunities for growth. However, for some people, stretching themselves across projects and brands can also, at times, feel like not everything is prioritised equally. We aim to provide clarity from the Exec team down on where people's time and attention should be focused at any one time. If you feel you are lacking direction on what should be prioritised, please speak to your direct line manager in the first instance. If you still don't find what you're looking for, our Executive team is always available to step in where needed to support people so they can feel successful in their roles. While we can be proud of our high-performance teams, it is certainly not to come at the cost of personal burnout.
