Experience, you handle big airlines and it helps you grow and learn a lot.

Cons

Salary too low and there’s basically no benefits aside from the usual. No opportunities for career growth.

The salary is not quite competitive also unlike other airline agency they dont have other benfits like free flights specially since they are considered as one of the big agency.
