Zero employee work culture & appreciation

Pros

Some great employees, the products, and office bathroom

Cons

Zero employee work culture and whatever "events" feel forced; Extremely high turn over rates, false hopes and favoritism: the Owners, VP's, Directors and Sales teams are the only glory teams who hardly work and will save all the budget money and pampering treatments for themselves. Everyone else there, including managers, are overworked always drowning with unrealistic deadlines and requests. If you fail, only you are to blame with no resources to help you with. There is no appreciation for your work. Scapegoating and favoritism is regularly practiced here. As a former employee of 4+ years here, trust me you will start to see the real company mess after a few months. They do a great job of lying and manipulating you into hoping for better days that will never come and they are always "broke" with not enough budget money. Employee turnover and law case rates are the highest I have ever experienced at a company - this should tell you enough. To top it all off, I have never experienced so much gossip, racist remarks and talking down on employees behind doors ever. If you don't take part and laugh at their gossip or bad mouthing of other employees, they will treat you like you are not a part of the "team". BEWARE - this place is the definition of a toxic work place where HR will act dumb and lie to you as well.

Pros

There is always an empty desk for an opening because there are such extremely high turnover rates. You will be given false hopes of career advancement. They will never allow you to work Hybrid, because they cant control your every move. There is no training offered. Its all the pros.

Cons

High turnover rates, false hopes and favoritism. If you do not participate in the toxic gossip and employee bashing, you will be eliminated. This includes not just employees but Management as well. If you fail, only you are to blame with no resources to help you, bc there's NO training offered, so don't believe the lies. There is no appreciation for your work, only complaining. How do you go on a Friday of empl. reviews saying that you are meeting all work expectations and you're doing a great job, even get a miniscule raise. To the following Tues they pack up your desk and have your last check written and waiting for you at the door demanding you leave for "their own personal reasons" This is the most toxic work environment I have ever worked for my entire life. My advise, keep looking!
