      Pros

      its a job, but that's about it nothing makes them stand out

      Cons

      this company is full of low tier people that are just grateful they have a job. The CEO gets paid a lot of money to do basically nothing but show new hires around the warehouse

      Madico has undergone a lot of changes in the past 12 months, including moving into new facilities at 9251 Belcher Road. N. in Pinellas Park. Our manufacturing is performed at the highest quality and safety standards in the industry.

      - Madico does make some really interesting/useful window film products - R&D team is skilled and takes their roles seriously in innovation of new products

      Cons

      - Upper management is out of touch with reasonable work ethics (current upper management has demanded that people work on Christmas day to meet end of year deadlines) - New hires subjected to continual criticism - Upper management has no interest in changing the company culture - Sales team sells products that haven't even been created yet - Upper management in denial about the realities of their project management vs available (people) resources
