      Pros

      Everyone is friendly and because you're all going thru hell you stick together

      Cons

      Upper Management is disorganized Everyone was stressed out, girls crying in the bathroom every day Pay is extremely Poor The previous president at the time and would get high in the elevator bank We were not allowed to leave the office for more than 10 minutes for lunch, had to eat at desk, coffee breaks were out of the questions. Worked weekends without any compensation Systems were old and outdated

      Pros

      I only left because corporate management in Hong Kong decided to close the New York office and discontinue the label. I truly enjoyed my years there, especially the people.

      There are none that i can think of.

      Pros

      Small company so you weren't lost in the sauce--but that also means there are cliquey groups and you feel almost left out. President and VP were great--they wanted to make sure you were constantly learning. Other interns were friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Departments did not communicate Sales team were stuck up and acted as though they were above everyone else. Looked down upon the interns (giving us "dirty" work rather than teaching us about the industry and helping us grow) Very cliquey--you feel like an outsider No HR department--if there is, it is certainly not obvious Sales team complained a lot about pay and vacation time off
