      Fantastic recruitment process with supportive team atmosphere

      Pros

      I have had a fantastic experience throughout the entire interview and recruitment process. Communication has been excellent from start to finish, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions. The nursery trial day was informative and gave me a great insight into the setting and its values. Everyone I met was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The team clearly cares about both the children and their staff, and I already feel valued and appreciated. Thank you to everyone involved for making the process such a positive experience.
