      Magle Chemoswed took over Copenhagen based pK Chemicals to form Magle Biopolymers.

      Cons

      The takeover has been a complete disaster. Magle management does not have a clue what they are doing. Terrible work environment and harassment. Many people have left the company. Terrible finances.
