Great Work Environment! Strong and stable leadership team providing a lot of support to the organization. During the Pandemic in 2020 they did so much for all of their employees to make sure they were safe and taken care of. Highly recommend working there.
Cons
Drive to Standish can be challenging in the winter, but there is no traffic!!!

Compensation is a more bonus based model, which isn’t for everyone so it can be challenging finding good talent and retaining talent. However, leaders are addressing base compensation and retention strategies
