Yahh.......... that's true. This Organization gave a new definition to HRM i.e. Human Remorse Management. I must say you can nowhere else find so much incompatible, incompetent, fallacious & delusive HR Vertical around the globe and this has a very genuine reason for Why.
Almost 90% of HR staff belongs to a specific caste with some relation in between . I have no hesitation in saying they are spreading casteism. To work in HR department you are expected of having a MBA degree, but MM proved that It is a myth. I doubt even if they are enough graduated from any reputed institute.
How come such a person think about the welfare of employees who even didn't educated well.
I learnt some more definitions of HRM being inside the organization in past years---
HR is someone whom you can't find @ 06:01PM in the company.
HR is someone who is only required to sign the appraisal letters.
HR is someone who takes his/her job for granted as he/she also has other businesses to take care.
HR is someone who don't invent or implement any new practices inside the organization.
HR is someone who always deviates the problem instead of resolving.
HR is someone who sends 5 mails a day since his/her appraisal is also pending.
HR is someone who doesn't even have the appetite to solve very basic needs of the employees like proper ventilation, seating, clean urinals & many more........
With this story i admit it is a fair option being an NCRite but unfortunately the undeserving & barren staff made it a hell. So my advice to all the job seekers that if you love only money, your welcome but if you love your job, do abstain.
