Lots of free time and space to develop your area of operations.

untrustworthy ceo and president, who habitually overpromise and underdeliver after having a difference of opinion i separated without being afforded severance nor did i. get unemployment lastly they stole the final month of my insurance i paid for, shortening the coverage period leaving me with additional medical bills

None. This job is completely garbage. It's a lie, a scam, a waste of time, puts unnecessary wear on your car, & they don't pay you.

Cons

They didn't mail paycheck after I requested and I called to ask what was going on and they ignored it. They make the job seem like you get high pay and rewards. I worked 3.5 weeks and only made $77. Gas reimbursement that they claim to give doesn't exist and you don't get full pay for "training". The whole job is a scam. People go in and out on a regular basis bc it's just a crappy place to work. Do not work for maidpro in Parkville.

I do not have anything good to say about this company. The owner has had sexual harassment issues with the women he employs and fires the ones that don't accept his advances.

Cons

The owner also has a criminal record on file and can be aggressive and abusive towards his woman staff members. He also is selective in his interview process to hiring the girls he thought where more attractive.
