Friendly team, non-toxic environment, efficient internal communication, bonuses: sports subscription, cool office in P-Berg, team events.
Cons
Generally none, but would prefer more educational opportunities.

Small, diverse and engaged team, cool atmosphere, nice office, doing some activities outside of work, steep learning curve and insights into many topics
Cons
Since it is a startup there is not many processes and sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming, but I guess that’s the beauty of not working for a corporate
