Pros

You get to interact with children and make them happy. Seeing their smiles are the only good party of the day.

Cons

They're absolutely unorganized in the upper east side. Schedules are chaotic to the point that you can't call off even if it's an emergency unless you find a person who agrees to cover you in that moment. It doesn't matter how much experience you have you still earn $9. They force you to split the tips when more than half the people don't deserve your earnings because they're not working as hard. They need to schedule their workers correctly. There's been dozens of times I was the only worker on the floor taking care of 30+ people single handedly because they don't want to book workers. They use the minimum amount so they can pay the least amount of people. The corporate people who come in are A-holes who have no idea how to really do customer service. I was an A+ worker, but dropped the job because of stress.

Pros

None, Run away very quickly if you see this company

Cons

Overworked employees, all employees are wanna be actors, management tried to lower everyone's pay to make more money but they were still doing the same job. They fire everyone about 3-4 months after they start. completely unprofessional. Very dissapointing.

Pros

Employees and managers were both super friendly and I love the concept of having a store where you can paint ceramics, make candles, and so forth, loved being around kids

Cons

Management took too long to update weekly schedule, fewer hours during non peak times and in between holidays, employees expected to work on major holidays (i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas or Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve or New Year's) but were not paid overtime/time and a half.
