      Pros

      Free swag and awesome people you get to meet at events. Fair hourly pay (including mileage) and perks. Selling a superior cannabis product.

      Cons

      Cliques rule the show. No transparency and a high turnover rate. Company will use you up and spit you out at their convenience. High pressure from upper management with no returned favor. Sexism/racism tolerated, and some of the branding is problematic.

      Our hiring process isn't as fast as some as we are incredibly specific on what we are looking for with each hire.

      Training, health benefits, lots of work from home opportunity and independence

      Cons

      Favoritism and nepotism. Company isn’t open about all product issues/concerns going on. Employees are regularly let go (often in groups, by job title or department) and it appears company is downsizing
