      The company recognizes people that work hard. Great pay with wonderful co-workers.

      Cons

      At times there are not enough people to complete the work would like to see more filled positions for better support to the customers.

      Pros

      This office is small and has a light and comfortable work environment, upper management is very understanding and helpful in making sure you have the tools you need to be successful in the sales and operations roles. HOWEVER-You must have ambition to succeed.

      Cons

      You must be a self starter to succeed in this company. If you are lazy or need to be prompted to work, this is likely not the place for you. There is not a lot of micro management so at times employees wander and do whatever they want leaving management to get taken advantage of.
