Great service/product. Tons of growth capabilities. Wonderful employees to work with.
Cons
Executive group is highly dis functional which translates to extreme confusion for vision and culture for employees. CEO is a fire first management mentality. If you are in management, there is a culture of fear that the CEO has created. He sets some management as remote then fires other management for not keeping traditional hours. He and founder rarely get along and often place the employees between them in very unprofessional predicaments. CEO often pits one manager against another which translates to colleagues not trusting one another. I’d say be very wary of prolonged employment with current CEO in place.
