Pros
The people are wonderful, so smart and so talented in so many ways. Every conversation is enjoyable, and the office vibe is great.
Cons
They are completely disorganized; they reorganize the company almost every year, with vastly different structures every time. They are slow to credit middle management for their successes, and the internal emphasis is on instructors and part-time, customer-facing staff, not the full-time staff that works behind the scenes to keep everything afloat.
