Some of the people you work with are great!

Great start but over the past year politics have become unbearable. People who aren't qualified are brought in simply because of connections and there is a double standard of work. Back stabbing is an issue. There's a feeling things are really going south fast. Some of the worst leadership I've seen to date. Managers ride on the coattails of good workers. The CEO almost ran the company into the ground because he wanted to open in a market that had no real potential but his family and own pocket benefited from it so it was made a priority. The CEO also went throughout the office after the last election shouting how America will be great again. Gross!

Lack of communication HR informs others their confidential information No one knows what they're doing is specially in upper management No raises in the past 3 years You have to kiss butt to move up in the company Information changes daily and the main people which is customer service don't even know

Opportunities are available if you are willing to work hard. The people were great. I made some life-long friends there.
