There are a lot of teams in this company so I cannot talk for all but my team overall was very toxic. 4 people quit in one month. They do not provide any kind of “training” and throw you into the job just like that. The manager only cares about keeping older employees around and encourages new people to leave by hazing and withholding benefits such as annual leave by sneaking around with the HR. Then why do you keep hiring every 3 months?

SVPs are very toxic and micromanaging. Employees are treated horribly and the reason behind them hiring every few months is because of their low retention rates, obviously. There is 0 chance to transfer internally; the management would interfere in your applications and HR doesn't care either. I hate my life knowing I have to go work here until I find something else.
