No timings fixed. Always coming with trash ideas,once someone apply them then will blame you should have think about it first. Feels like labour job, no skill ups only downwards always using excel. They start back stabbing with harsh words when you are no more part of the company. Fake employee number. Tgere are only 25-30 people whole and this number rise because people who join always resign here due work culture.

I began full time here with them right after my college end .but the work pressure was too much here .long working hours is something i and my colleagues were choked off.I had lot of stress due to the work here which ultimately led to me resigning but i know lot of my colleagues are in same situation.i would request the senior management for a reduced working hours .employess do not need some fancy vacation for this .a reduced working hour would help them lot for a good work life balance .also a lot of people are very rude .so have to see where the companys culture is going
