-Can be high stress
-Low entry pay for living in the city
-A con for someone not used to it : juggling lots of tasks and projects, lots of responsibility
-Entry level 1-2years you don’t do as much ‘design’ work. Mostly admin. You keep the team moving forward but do not make design decisions.
There are some incredibly talented people that work and have worked there. You are surrounded by creative and driven people in a collaborative workspace. There are some amazing designs that you get to work on.
Cons
People are worked to the bone and appreciated very little. The price point of the jobs are so high and the pay is so little it is incredibly hard to make a living wage here while designing for millionaires. Management has unrealistic expectations for work load and the constant travel is draining.
