      Understanding: Not overly harsh if any mistakes are made. Diverse staff.

      Cons

      At times, very overbearing management. If you're good at sales, and you're willing to pester every single customer to get credit card sales, then you'll do fine. If not, get ready for constant reminders and pushes. You will also barely get a raise ever.
