      for a driver coming from the bottom, it's a big step forward

      Pros

      convenient location, reimbursed for everything, can idle for climate control, excellent and clean sleepers, excellent maintenance team, no inward facing cameras

      Cons

      incompatible cpm rate for 1+ years they require, on top of no guarantee pay, drivers are not treated equal, same hometime as in megas, subject to great deal of pressure most of the time

      Nice trucks pretty much everybody that works. There is very pleasant.

      Pay, communication, firing a driver because he didn’t have the hours to pull a load.
