Bad wages Bad management Bully working place

The store management is beyond miserable to staff. If you like to be treated like garbage and work like a slave for minimum wage, this place is for you. The owners have no clue how the managers treat staff like garbage and they wonder why dozens of people quit every month, people that are interviewed and hired do not even show up the first day because they see how stressed and tense it is there. All smiles in the front of the store but pure hell in the back. Only one toilet for all the employees to share and a miserly 10 percent staff discount, no employee benefits, only allowed one 15 minute break each day, tells you how little they care about staff. The worst job I ever had and some of the most miserable people I ever worked with!
