Pros

Wiling to spend their investors money on your salary. Completely remote.

Cons

Company run by complete unethical cronies that are subject to multiple lawsuits and ethics investigations. Entire company is a house of cards ready to collapse. You will be forced to compromise your integrity by working here. Frequently missed payroll.

Pros

Remote work with decent benefits

Cons

During my initial month at the company, I was required to use my personal laptop for remote work. Unfortunately, there was a lack of training, and I felt overwhelmed as tasks were assigned without proper guidance. The constant communication from my boss, the CRO, became disruptive, even extending to holidays and weekends. It seemed the company operated on misleading revenue projections to appease investors. There were instances of unethical practices, such as a coworker creating fake meetings to boost performance. This individual received support from an account executive who happened to be the CEO's nephew, highlighting issues of nepotism. The compensation plan, touted as lucrative, turned out to be misleading, with unrealistic expectations of booking 40 meetings a month. Despite following my boss's advice for meeting bookings, it proved ineffective, and feedback was often ignored. One of their longest tenured salespeople told me to ignore his advice because he was clueless and has clearly never been in a business development role. I decided to do what was asked of me in order to keep my job. This challenging environment led to my termination, as I refused to compromise my honesty during feedback sessions. Believe it or not I was terminated a week before Christmas with no heads up and my boss had nothing but a smile on his face. Overall, the company's lack of transparency, unethical practices, and unrealistic expectations contributed to a difficult work experience. To the person that replaced my role I wish you nothing but the best. Be careful and just do what you're told no matter what your logic is telling you especially if you want to stay there.

Pros

Not a ton of competition in the market and good in roads with carriers.

Cons

- Inflated titles - VP role is a BDR/AE role with no reports - Long sales cycle - Sales process is full of friction (internal and external) - Overpriced product - Poor execution on promises to customers (constantly need to backtrack on what you were told to tell customers) - Unorganized order process - Lack of motivation to innovate to solve customer pain points - No 401K - High turnover - Will be outpaced and out-priced by competitors rapidly
