Cons

Company is not doing well and is undergoing retrenchment. Employees are all looking out for jobs now hence do not recommend as company outlook in the future is bleak, might have to wait for a few more years before oil and gas industry (most of our key clients) stabilize.

Thank you for your feedback. We found that other employees felt similarly. As a result, we have changed our performance appraisal process to hold managers accountable for completing the appraisals with clear and concise feedback within a set timeframe for all employees on an annual basis.
