Pros

There are no pros I can think of.

Cons

Nepotism is highly visible. I wish I had read these reviews before working there. I was completely overworked and scapegoated for many of my coworkers errors or lack of efforts. I would not recommend working there unless you plan on marrying into the family or are a close family friend. There is a disgusting amount of nepotism and it is unfortunate to those who go into this job unaware of this.

Alot of industry exposure. Made great friends.

Cons

No opportunity unless you are a family member or married to a family member or getting hit on by the owner.

Pros

Opportunity to speak with many people that do business with the company = opportunity to network your way into a better job

Cons

Company has track record of not fulfilling compensation promises and obligations. When employees quit or are terminated, back pay and/or commissions usually do not follow. One ex-employee got the NJDOL involved to recapture back pay and commissions. Company really takes it poorly when someone quits.
