Pros
The people of the Centennial office are extremely nice and easy to work wish.
Cons
Extremely poor communication with the rest of the team (Clifton Park, NY) and the business requirements provided were extremely vague. I found it extremely difficult in completing assignments within the defined time frame. Plus they seem to have an arrogance in communicating to you and expect you to complete the life-cycle of software development with limited guidance.
