      You meet good people... that would be the only pros you get working here. Trust me.

      10-12 hour days, only Sunday off. Horrible management It feels like mastec makes more money out of you than sales. Management is trained to lie to their technicians. Any good scores given to this company are written by management. The company is a full scam unless you are involved in the scamming business. Please reconsider anything before mastec, they hire people that are too messed up financially to decline the offer, then they will fire you when they make enough money out of you, as soon as you try to see your checks, they will start deducting everything you "owe them" so at the end, out of the 1000$ you made monthly you will be lucky to see 300 $. It's a corrupt business, that has many law sues pending. I am surprised they are still in business.
