Casual yet professional atmosphere. Authors focused more on the business side of publishing as well as those focused on social issues or making a dream come true, are equally welcomed and comfortable in the environment. All departments communicate regularly to provide the most comprehensive and individualized service possible. The communication is casual and cordial. It truly is a team atmosphere where we all work together for a common goal: the satisfaction of our authors. Each and every employee, regardless of position or department, keeps the authors' satisfaction as their top priority. The flexibility provided management for time off, hours, and an accepting atmosphere, is unmatched in my experience. The door to management's offices are always open and willing to listen to questions or concerns.
