A Challenging Yet Rewarding Place to Grow

Pros

Working here, you really feel like you're making a difference. Helping people communicate and be understood, many times in their most trying times, feels rewarding. I love the variety of languages and projects we get to work on. It's never boring and always an opportunity to learn something new. Great teamwork, my colleagues are more like a family. We support each other through thick and thin, which makes the tough days easier to handle. I'm involved in enhancing our knowledge base, making it easier for everyone to find what they need. It's great to see your ideas come to life.

Cons

Communication Gaps: Sometimes, it feels like messages get lost between teams. We could definitely benefit from tightening up our internal comms. Intense Deadlines: There are days when the workload spikes and it feels overwhelming. More hands on deck during these times would help.
